Jussi has more than 25 years of global high technology business leadership experience. He led Finnish origin and US-based Solid Information Technology from early-stage technology development and positioned it for acquisition by IBM. In addition, he has contributed to many successful companies as a CEO, investor, board chairman/member, and advisor. Jussi earned his master’s degree in software engineering, international marketing, and business strategy from the Helsinki University of Technology. He also holds a BA in music. Jussi is a keen sailor and enjoys being in nature. Hunting, fishing, and cooking are some of his personal interests.

Antti is the technology mastermind behind TactoTek's structural electronics. His main responsibilities are developing and maintaining the IP portfolio, directing R&D innovation activities, and communicating the company technology vision and practical applications to the community. Antti has been a major contributor to the technology of in-mold electronics since 2005, when he joined the VTT printed electronics team. He is an Adjunct Professor of theoretical physics at the University of Oulu where he earned his PhD in 2002. Subsequently, he worked as a nuclear scientist at INFN, Italy, and as a Software Specialist for e.g. Nokia. Outside of the office you might find him playing guitar in his band, reading eclectic books, and beyond all, spending quality time with his wife and daughter.

Anna has extensive experience in human resource management in technology businesses ranging from startups to mature public companies. She has managed demanding organizational growth and transformation. By nature, Anna focuses on leadership, operational development and creating people practices that have significant, lasting business impact. An engineer by training, Anna has worked in R&D management and grew into global HR roles for Nokia and was a co-founder of PractiCol Ltd, a strategic HR partner for organizations from startups to public sector organizations. Anna holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oulu. In her free time Anna renovates a small cottage and community garden plot at the riverside of Oulu, and enjoys food adventuring around the Mediterranean.

Sami leads global sales activities for TactoTek. In managerial and executive positions, he has contributed to the success of several high tech companies. Sami’s experience includes IC Project Manager at Nokia, SVP Sales at Hantro, EVP Sales at Senseg, and SVP Sales at On2 Technologies Inc. In his postings in Finland, Japan, and Taiwan, Sami has shown his ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and markets and develop his facility with languages: Sami is a fluent speaker of Finnish, English, and Japanese. Sami holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oulu. He enjoys time with his wife and daughters, travels, reads, cooks, and enjoys water sports, SCUBA diving, and fishing.

Harri is responsible for leading TactoTek’s engineering teams. Harri has 20+ years of experience in diverse HW and SW research and development, ranging from silicon chips to software, haptics, data science, and also product creation. He has held engineering, management, and leadership positions in both small and large international organizations and supported teams through acquisitions. Harri holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Helsinki University of Technology. In his free time, Harri enjoys sailing the Baltic Sea with his family and friends.

Sonja London oversees all legal matters as well as IP and licensing strategies of TactoTek. Before joining TactoTek, she worked with Nokia Patent Business for 14 years in various business leadership and legal roles. In her latest position she was leading Nokia’s Consumer Electronics licensing program; a global licensing program for major consumer electronics categories. In addition, Sonja is involved in deep technology and software start-ups and IP and growth companies as a board member, investor and advisor. Sonja is a popular speaker and trainer in Finland, Scandinavia and internationally and she also serves on the board of Licensing Executives Society International. Sonja holds a Master of Laws from the University of Helsinki and Executive MBA from Aalto University. She is ranked in IAM Strategy 300 as one of the world's top IP Strategists. In her free time Sonja is a foodie who enjoys cooking and fine dining. During summer she grows herbs in her backyard. Sonja enjoys also Nordic walking, water jogging and singing karaoke.

Paavo is one of the very first TactoTek employees and leads the Ecosystem management. He has played an important role in the core manufacturing team during the commercialization of IMSE® technology since 2012, and he led the R&D from 2017 to 2022. Before joining TactoTek, Paavo gained extensive experience in global manufacturing in sourcing and supply chain quality positions at Nokia. He holds an M.Sc. degree in Manufacturing Engineering of Electronics from the University of Oulu. Paavo is a former national level martial artist who now fulfills his sweat addictions by still grappling, cycling, and weight training. He also enjoys reading military and autobiography books and spends most of his free time with his wife and children.

Katriina manages TactoTek’s financial operations, contracts, and oversees corporate compliance. Katriina brings more than 15 years of relevant experience to her role including start-up finance, human resources management and business development. She is an inventor and co-founder of Checkmylevel, a consumer electronics solution for monitoring athlete neuromuscular recovery. Katriina holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance. Away from the office, she is an accomplished horsewoman, a keen volunteer supporting amateur horse sports and is chairperson of a local riding club.

Karthikesh leads Product Management in TactoTek. With over 20 years of experience, Karthikesh has worked in large and mid-sized companies leading Product Planning, Business Development, and M&A. At Keysight Technologies, he was involved in product planning and management for 5G and subsequently worked on developing new growth areas like Private 5G Networks and newer markets. His experience spans 3GPP standardization to eco-system and partner development, which he built while representing Anite Telecoms in telecom standards 3GPP and CTIA. Before Anite, Karthikesh worked in both the telecom and automotive sectors. Karthikesh has an executive MBA from Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK, and a Doctor of Science from Aalto University, Finland. A native of India, Karthikesh has lived in Finland, the USA, and Germany. In his free time, Karthikesh likes to run into the wilderness, while enjoying podcasts, in addition to reading books on history - contemporary and recent. Travelling with his family is a pleasure activity, and with the love of mountains, they wish to climb the Kilimanjaro some day.

Dave leads TactoTek global business development. He has extensive experience identifying and developing high value, addressable market opportunities for innovative electronics and software solutions. Dave has held senior executive roles, and led Marketing, Business Development, and Product Management for early-stage startups and public companies including Senseg, AdPay (co-founder), Orolia/McMurdo Group and Rogue Wave Software. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Stanford University, and an MBA from the University of Oregon. Dave enjoys time in the outdoors, including exploring the wild landscapes of his home in the Pacific Northwest, Finland and where his travels take him.

Marko is responsible for TactoTek’s Consulting and Professional Services function including the technology transfer deployment for license customers. Prior to TactoTek, he held management roles in Europe and Asia at Lite-ON, EB, and Flextronics covering production operations, new technology introduction, quality management, and program management. Marko holds a B.Sc. Engineering, Production Automation. Marko's leisure time includes fitness, stock investing, photography, and reading business literature.

Thomas has over 30 years experience in leading global automotive business. Managing divisions of large international tiers as MD / GM as well as high tech technology start-ups as CEO, he is acting as passionate and inspiring leader with multi-cultural communication skills. He earned his PhD in electrical engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt and gained sound knowledge of economic, social and technical issues through his international career. Thomas enjoys family time, mountain hiking, sports and photography.
