Developing IMSE technology requires the seamless collaboration of different engineering disciplines. We have experts, for example, from the fields of design, mechanics, electronics, illumination, embedded SW, material science, reliability, and process engineering. We work in multidisciplinary teams and in partnership with our customers and partners to realize their visions of IMSE driven solutions.
In TactoTek Marketing Communications, Product Marketing and Product Management work together under one umbrella. In Marketing Communications, our specialists take care of marketing activities, communications, brand management, messaging, and public relations. Product Marketing focuses on identifying market needs and communicating them to the organization, and Product Management consumes and contributes to market input regarding technology requirements and works internally to prioritize technology development activities with market opportunities.
Our global sales team serves our customers on almost all continents. We run sales offices in Europe, Asia, and the US to be close to our customers. Because IMSE solutions introduce new technologies, design opportunities, and manufacturing requirements, sales managers are teamed with technical sales engineers and subject matter experts to help educate prospects and address technical questions.
The operations team is at the core of the technology development and closely cooperates with our licensing customers. The manufacturing operations bring the development projects to life and ensure the mass producibility of the solution at TactoTek’s vertically integrated manufacturing facility in Oulu, Finland. Our manufacturing positions differ from traditional operator positions but are for skillful, hands-on developers.
