General
Despite the great care that is taken with preparing and updating the contents of the TactoTek website, the following disclaimer applies: The information contained on the www.tactotek.com website is provided as is and no guarantee or warranty is given that the information is fit for any particular purpose. The user thereof employs the information at their sole risk and liability.
Liability
Attendance at the IMSE Days conference is at your own risk. In no event shall TactoTek be liable for death, injury, any loss, cost or expense suffered by any person (including accompanying persons, partners, or attendant caregivers). In particular, TactoTek is not liable for losses arising from the provision or non-provision of services provided by hotels or transportation operators. Nor is TactoTek liable for losses suffered due to technical, mechanical or electrical breakdown within any premises visited by delegates and/or partners in connection with the IMSE Days conference. No liability is assumed for inaccuracy, misdescription, delay, damage, loss, personal injury or death.
Every effort will be made to conduct IMSEDays according to the schedule and dates posted. However unlikely, unforeseen circumstances may result in schedule changes or conference cancellation.Registrants will be notified by email of major changes or cancellation.
Registration Fee
Conference registration fee: TactoTek has settled on a fixed registration fee for all participants to encourage attendance during the entire conference and to defer conference costs. The fixed registration fee will be charged regardless of the length of time a participant attends the conference. The fixed registration fee covers registration and conference catering only. It does not include meals, recreation, taxi, laundry, or any other personal expenses.
Payment of Fee
Payment of fee is a prerequisite for registration. Payment is made by credit card upon registration.
Substitution and cancellation policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to TactoTek (tactotekevents@tactotek.com). All cancellations received by TactoTek on or before June 5th, 2023 are entitled to a full refund. No refunds will be given to registrants who cancel after June 5th, 2023 or who fail to attend the event (no show). Substitutions for paid registrants may be made at any time by editing the participant’s registration information on the event website.

Submissions
The invitation to submit an abstract or speak at the conference does not constitute an offer to pay travel, accommodation or registration costs associated with IMSE Days. Similarly, no speakers' fee is paid to successful applicants of presentations. Reference to yourself and your materials may also be used within marketing material to promote IMSE Days including future IMSE Days events. If you do not wish for your name or materials to be used, as such please contact TactoTek.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include personal travel insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that, when registering for IMSE Days and booking travel, a travel insurance policy be taken out to cover loss, cancellation, medical cover, etc., for any reason. TactoTek does not take responsibility for any attendee failing to insure.
Special Needs
Every effort will be made to ensure people with special needs are catered for. Should you require any specific assistance, catering or arrangements to be made on your behalf, please include a notation on your registration form under the section ‘Other information’.
