Manufacturing Services

Our vertically integrated IMSE manufacturing facility is ISO 9001 certified and includes an ISO 7 (class 10,000) clean room to ensure quality and a constantly stable production environment. TactoTek uses industry standard equipment for IMSE manufacturing. We have a fully operational production line in our 2,000㎡ premises located in Oulu, Finland. This production line is primarily used for customer project prototyping, licensee training, and R&D purposes.

We have the capacity to mass produce 10,000 to 100,000 units/month, depending on the unit size and product design complexity. In our current location, we can add additional production lines as needed, including the relevant automation and additional shifts if required. We have further increased our manufacturing capacity by installing fully automated printing and curing processes, increasing thermoforming capabilities, and expanding cleanroom space.

Finally, we provide the expertise, ecosystem, and capability to perform typical product verification tests and work with independent testing laboratories around the globe for more detailed OEMs and Tiers specified tests.
